It used to bug him that Sam thought they were living a game of 'follow the leader', but then he started repeating everything Dean said and 'follow the leader' seemed a lot less annoying.

When Sam asks 'why' for the thirtieth time, Dean tells him to shut up and pass the M&Ms.

Call him corny, or some kind of sentimental dweeb -- Dean was going with temporarily possessed, himself -- but getting Sam a Barbie for this Christmas wasn't a joke, or an accident.
